Step 1: Cancel your subscription
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Chispa → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Chispa → Cancel.
- Website: Chispa account settings → subscription / billing.
Step 2: Delete your Chispa account
- Open Chispa and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm.
Menu names can change after app updates. If you can’t find an option, check Chispa’s help centre.
Delete vs pause
Deleting removes your profile, matches and messages permanently. If you might return, look for a pause or hide profile option instead.
