Short answer
ℹ️ Badoo has no standard free trial and doesn’t accept promo codes. It sometimes runs special offers, which appear as banners in the app and on the payment page.
What you can do for free
- Swiping in Encounters (daily vote limit)
- Discover: browse people nearby
- Chat, video and voice calls with matches
- Photo verification
Why the free app works as a trial
Badoo has no standard free trial, and it says it doesn’t accept promo codes. You don’t need one to find out whether Badoo works for you, though: matching, chat and video calls are all free. Give it a week with a verified profile, use Discover to see how many people are active near you, and message your matches first. If you’re getting likes but want to see exactly who sent them, that’s when Premium starts to make sense.
Can you get Badoo Premium for free?
Sometimes, briefly. Badoo runs special offers from time to time, and it says they appear as banners in the app and on the payment page. If Badoo shows you a 3-day free trial or a few days of free Premium, take it from there, inside the app, and note the renewal date straight away. An offer that turns into a paid plan renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
Avoid free Premium hacks and vouchers
Searches for free Badoo Premium lead to modified apps, “generators” and voucher codes. Badoo doesn’t accept promo codes, so any code or voucher is fake, and modified apps are a common way to spread malware or steal logins. They can also put your account at risk. If a site asks for your Badoo password or card details in exchange for Premium, close it.
If you do pay, keep it short
A 7-day Badoo Premium plan cost $13.99 in the US App Store when we checked on October 3, 2026, which is the simplest way to test it. Cancel in the App Store, Google Play or your Badoo payment settings if you don’t want it to renew. If you’re charged by mistake, Apple and Google handle refunds for purchases made through them, and Badoo’s support team reviews card and PayPal payments.
