Step 1: Cancel your subscription
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Coffee Meets Bagel → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Coffee Meets Bagel → Cancel.
- Website: Coffee Meets Bagel account settings → subscription / billing.
Step 2: Delete your Coffee Meets Bagel account
- Open Coffee Meets Bagel and tap your profile icon.
- Tap Settings and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap Delete account, then Delete my account.
- Choose a reason and confirm.

What deleting CMB removes
Deleting a Coffee Meets Bagel account removes everything: your photos, personal information, chat history and any Beans you still hold. Past and current matches will no longer see your profile or be able to message you. The verification on your profile goes too.

Subscriptions are separate
Deleting your account does not cancel CMB Premium or Platinum. Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play have to be cancelled there — CMB cannot end them for you. Do it first, then delete.
Pause instead?
If you only need a break — a busy month, or you are seeing where one conversation goes — pausing or simply ignoring your daily suggestions keeps your profile, matches and Beans. Deleting and re-registering means starting again from zero, including verification.
Before you go
Swap contact details with anyone you want to stay in touch with, and spend or accept the loss of remaining Beans — they cannot be refunded or transferred.
Deletion cannot be undone, so it is worth waiting a day before confirming if you are leaving in frustration.
