Step 1: Cancel your subscription
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → EME Hive → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → EME Hive → Cancel.
- Website: EME Hive account settings → subscription / billing.
Step 2: Delete your EME Hive account
- Cancel your subscription first: on the website under Subscribe → Subscriptions, or in the App Store or Google Play.
- Open your profile and go to Settings → Account.
- Choose Deactivate your account and follow the steps.
- Expect anything you posted publicly, such as feedback, to stay visible.
Menu names can change after app updates. If you can’t find an option, check EME Hive’s help center.
Cancel before you delete your EME Hive account
Before you delete your EME Hive account, cancel any subscription. Deactivating the account doesn’t stop billing.
- Website: go to Subscribe → Subscriptions and cancel. Paid features end straight away, and there’s no refund for the rest of the term.

- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Cancel.
If you live in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio or Wisconsin and subscribed in the last three business days, you can cancel for a full refund by sending a signed, dated notice to EastMeetEast, Inc., 347 Fifth Ave, Suite 1402-195, New York, NY 10016. Include your user name and email.
How to delete EME Hive
EME Hive calls it deactivation. Open your profile, go to Settings → Account and follow “Deactivate your account”. Its privacy policy notes that anything you posted publicly, such as feedback, can stay visible after you deactivate. Swap contact details with anyone you want to keep in touch with first.
If you only want to stop seeing one person, the hide user option on their profile blocks them in both directions without leaving the site.

Does deleting EME Hive cancel my subscription?
Deactivating your account doesn’t cancel a subscription, and EME Hive doesn’t refund the current term except under three-day rules in some US states. Cancelling on the website ends paid features straight away.
Does uninstalling EME Hive delete my account?
No. Removing the app from your phone leaves your profile active. You must delete the account in settings.
Can I pause EME Hive instead of deleting?
