Is Dateability free to use?
Yes, Dateability is free, and it says it will always have a free version. That’s why there’s no free trial: you don’t need to test the paid plan to find out whether the app works for you. A free account on the app or at dateabilityapp.com gets unlimited swipes, matches and messages.
What changes when you pay
The free version has limits in two places. Your Likes list is “locked”: you see the people who liked you one at a time, oldest first, and decide on each before the next appears. There’s no cap on how many you can answer, it just takes longer. Filters cover gender, age and distance only. Dateability+ opens the full list and adds detailed filters for $4.99 a month or $54.99 a year, plus three Sparks a week.
Getting noticed without paying
You don’t need Sparks to get seen. A complete profile with all four required photos, alt text on each and your Deets filled in gives people more reason to like you back. Profile verification is free too, and the badge helps in a small community where people look for signs that a profile is real.
If someone sends you a Spark, they appear unlocked at the top of your Likes list even on the free plan, so you can answer them straight away.
Promo codes and free Dateability+
We found no Dateability promo codes or free Dateability+ offers. It’s a small independent app, and Dateability+ is sold only through the App Store and Google Play.
