Step 1: Cancel your subscription
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Hily → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Hily → Cancel.
- Website: Hily account settings → subscription / billing.
Step 2: Delete your Hily account
- Cancel Hily Premium first if you have it.
- Open Hily, go to your profile and tap the gear icon.
- Open Account and choose to delete your account.
- Pick a reason and tap Continue. You can also use Hily’s deletion form or email [email protected].
Menu names can change after app updates. If you can’t find an option, check Hily’s help center.
Cancel Hily Premium first
Deleting the app or your account doesn’t cancel your subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal (Hily):
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Hily → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Hily → Cancel.
- Bought on Hily’s website: this can be cancelled only with help from support, so email [email protected].
In the app, Hily also has guidance at Profile → Settings → FAQ → Hily Premium → Premium Billing → “How to cancel my subscription?”.
What happens to your data
Hily’s privacy page says your data is generally fully erased or anonymized within seven calendar days after you delete your profile, though some records, such as subscription purchases, are kept longer (Hily). If you can’t reach the in-app option, there’s a deletion request form on that same page.
If you only want a break
We found no pause option in Hily’s help pages. Your options are to stop using it and turn off notifications, or to use Incognito if your paid plan includes it. If you’re going for good, delete your profile instead of just removing the app, because removing the app leaves your profile in place.

- Spend any coins or boosts first, since they won’t carry over. Fees are generally non-refundable.
- Check your app store’s subscription list once more, to make sure renewal is off.

Does deleting Hily cancel my subscription?

Does uninstalling Hily delete my account?
