Hinge cost in the App Store
Hinge doesn’t publish a price list. You see prices in the app under the gear icon → Subscribe to Hinge, and they can differ by country and age. The US App Store lists these top purchases (checked November 1, 2026):

The App Store doesn’t say how long each plan runs, or which tier “Hinge Subscription” means. Hinge sells weekly, monthly, three-month and six-month plans, and Google Play shows items up to $284.99, so a long HingeX plan can cost far more than these figures. On iPhone you can pay through the App Store or through Hinge’s own payment option, so compare both.
What Hinge+ and HingeX add
- Hinge+: unlimited likes, every incoming like at once, unlimited Undo Skips and more filters, including height, dating intentions, children, family plans, politics, education, drinking, smoking and drug use.
- HingeX: everything in Hinge+, plus compatible people sooner in your feed, an always-on light Boost and Priority Likes that stay near the top of someone’s list for seven days (Hinge).
Roses and Boosts
You don’t need a subscription for these. A Rose puts you at the top of someone’s Likes You screen, and it’s the only way to respond to a Standouts profile. Everyone gets one free Rose a week, and it doesn’t carry over. A Boost makes you more visible for one hour, and a Superboost for 24 hours.
Is Hinge worth paying for?
Hinge+ is worth it if you run out of likes most days, or if you’re getting likes and want to see them all at once. HingeX is hard to justify unless you’re in a very competitive city. If you aren’t getting matches, fix your photos and prompts before you pay.
Renewal and refunds
Plans renew automatically unless you turn renewal off at least 24 hours before the next billing period. Roses and Boosts are final. Apple and Google handle refunds for what you bought through them. How do I cancel my Hinge subscription?
If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel in your phone’s subscription settings. If you paid on the website, cancel in your Hinge account settings. Subscriptions bought through Apple or Google must be cancelled there, at least 24 hours before renewal. Deleting Hinge does not stop that billing.
Why is Hinge more expensive for me?
