We found no free trial of Premium in JDate’s help center. What JDate has is a free Basic membership with no time limit, and it goes further than many paid sites do.

What the Basic plan lets you do

• View photos and profile details of members you browse.
• Send up to 10 Likes a day.
• Get up to three Recommended Picks a day.
• Message anyone you’ve matched with, with no limit.
• Send three Intro Messages every seven days.
• Set preferences for denomination, synagogue, age, distance and more.
• Verify your profile with a selfie.

You can’t see who liked you, and photos stay blurred on Intro Messages you receive.

How to test JDate where you live

1. Finish your profile and get verified. A blue badge helps, since not everyone has one.
2. Keep your preferences broad for the first week, and see how many people show up nearby.
3. Use all 10 Likes each day, on people you’d really like to meet.
4. If you get matches and conversations, Basic may be all you need.

JDate coupon codes

Real coupons exist, with limits. They work only on your first subscription and only on the website, not in the App Store or Google Play. On the website, choose a plan, open the Premium section of the order screen, and enter the code in the coupon field. Check that the discount appears before you pay (JDate).

A promotional price covers only the first term, so a plan renews at the standard rate. See what JDate costs first. Ignore sites selling “free Premium” or asking for your login, and remember that purchases can’t be refunded.
