What Basic, Premium and Incognito add
OkCupid’s free version already lets you answer questions, like profiles and message your matches. The paid plans change how you search rather than whether you can date.
- OkCupid Basic removes ads, gives you unlimited likes, lets you review all your Intros at once and adds Dealbreakers: filters that hide anyone outside your must-haves.
- OkCupid Premium includes everything in Basic, plus see who likes you before you like them, the option to read someone’s public answers before answering those questions yourself, and a few SuperLikes each week.
- Incognito is a separate subscription. It hides your profile from everyone except people you’ve liked or messaged, and it doesn’t include Basic or Premium features. OkCupid also sells Premium Plus, its top tier; the upgrade screen shows what it includes where you live.
Which OkCupid plan is worth it?
- Stay free while you’re still answering questions and testing whether OkCupid is busy where you live. For many people the free plan is enough.
- Basic is the value pick if you know your non-negotiables. Dealbreakers save a lot of scrolling, and unlimited likes help if you keep hitting the daily limit.
- Premium makes sense when likes are piling up and you want to see them without guessing.
- Incognito is for privacy, for example if you don’t want coworkers or an ex to come across your profile.
Why the price you see may differ
OkCupid’s prices depend on the plan length, your country and whether you pay on the website or through the App Store or Google Play. Longer terms cost less per month, and the price in your account is the one that applies to you. Our table shows approximate ranges as of September 2026.
How to pay less for OkCupid
- Try the free version for a couple of weeks before you buy anything.
- If you upgrade, pick the shortest plan first and move to a longer one only once you know OkCupid works for you.
- Look for new-member offers inside your account; OkCupid doesn’t publish public promo codes.

If you paid through the App Store or Google Play, cancel there. Removing the app does nothing.
