Is there a Taimi free trial?
We found no standing free trial of Taimi’s paid tiers. What we did find is a free basic version with no time limit. The App Store lists very low prices for some tiers, such as Bronze at $0.99, which may be short plans or introductory offers, so look at how long your price lasts and what it renews at.
What’s free on Taimi
Taimi’s help center says the basic version is entirely free. In practice, that covers building a profile with your identity and interests, finding mutuals, chatting with them, and verifying your account.
The paid tiers hold back Premium filters, your list of visitors, unlimited likes and custom location.
Using the free version well
- Fill in your gender, sexuality, pronouns and interests carefully. They’re what the app uses to find people.
- Verify your account, so people can trust you.
- Look beyond your own city if few people are nearby. Taimi’s community is global, and friendships can begin anywhere.
- Try the social side, as well as dating.
- If you don’t want to be seen by everyone, look at Stealth Mode under Profile → Settings → Taimi Protect, and check whether it’s included on your plan.
A note on Taimi’s AI assistant
The AI assistant can like profiles and send first messages for you. It’s tempting if you’re short on time, but read what it sends in your name, and step in soon.
Offers to ignore
We found no public Taimi promo codes. Discounts appear in the app or on the upgrade screen. Sites offering free Gold or “modified” versions of the app aren’t from Taimi, and on an LGBTQ+ app especially, handing your login to a stranger can put your safety at risk.
