No free trial — and why

Christian Connection no longer offers a free trial. The site removed it because scammers were using free trial access to message genuine members. It is an unusual decision, and it tells you something about how the site prioritises safety over sign-ups.

What you still get for free with a Profile membership:

• create a full profile;
• browse members;
• wave and like;
• reply to messages using preset responses.

Unlimited messaging, video chat and meetups are for full members.

Testing it without paying

1. Complete your profile, including the faith sections.
2. Browse your area and age range. Note how many members were active recently.
3. Wave and like people who interest you; see who responds.
4. Look at meetups in your region — if there is an active local group, a membership becomes much better value.

A note on "trial" offers

Because the official trial was withdrawn, any page offering a free Christian Connection trial or unlocked account is not from the site. Use only offers shown when you are signed in.

If you are unsure about paying, remember that a short membership term is the closest thing to a trial now: it lets you message, try video chat and join a meetup before committing to anything longer. Turn off auto-renewal straight away if you only want one term.
