Step 1: Cancel your subscription
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Christian Connection → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Christian Connection → Cancel.
- Website: Christian Connection account settings → subscription / billing.
Step 2: Delete your Christian Connection account
- Cancel your subscription first in Profile & Settings → Subscription (“cancel recurring subscription”), or in your Apple ID for App Store purchases.
- Log in and open Profile & Settings (in the iPhone app, the settings cog).
- Follow the Close your account link at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm. To delete your account permanently, email [email protected].
Menu names can change after app updates. If you can’t find an option, check Christian Connection’s help center.
Cancel your subscription first
Closing your account doesn’t refund the time you’ve paid for. Christian Connection says you lose any remaining subscription time when you close, so cancel the renewal first and decide afterwards (Christian Connection help).
- Paid on the website: go to Profile & Settings → Subscription and follow the “cancel recurring subscription” link.
- Paid in the iPhone app: cancel in your Apple ID subscriptions, because Christian Connection can’t cancel App Store payments.
You don’t need to contact your bank. A chargeback can get your account closed permanently (Christian Connection help).
Hide your profile for a break
If you’ve met someone or just need time off, hide your profile instead. Go to Profile & Settings → Privacy → Profile Visibility and tap Hide my Profile. Nobody can see you, and you can’t send or receive messages or waves until you show it again. Hiding doesn’t cancel a subscription.
How to close your Christian Connection account
Log in, open Profile & Settings and follow the Close your account link at the bottom of the page. In the iPhone app, it’s under the settings cog. Christian Connection says it won’t call you or ask you to explain. Your profile disappears from the site, but you can reopen the account later by logging in with your usual details. If you don’t log in for a long time, your profile is eventually removed and the account closed.

Christian Connection contact and refunds
Customer support is at [email protected], or through the contact page in the help center. If you were charged after forgetting to cancel, use the refund request page. Refunds are considered if you haven’t used the membership, and App Store payments are refunded by Apple. If you’re leaving because you met someone on the site, Christian Connection asks you to let them know.

Does deleting Christian Connection cancel my subscription?
Hiding your profile doesn’t cancel a subscription, and closing your account forfeits any paid time left. Cancel in Profile & Settings → Subscription or the App Store; a bank chargeback can get your account closed permanently.
Does uninstalling Christian Connection delete my account?
No. Removing the app from your phone leaves your profile active. You must delete the account in settings.
Can I pause Christian Connection instead of deleting?
Many dating sites let you hide or pause your profile. Check Christian Connection’s settings for a pause or hide option if you might come back.
