Short answer
ℹ️ Dil Mil has no free trial of VIP, but swiping, matching and messaging your matches are free. VIP and VIP Elite add unlimited likes, a list of who liked you and more filters.
What you can do for free
- Swiping, with a daily like limit
- Matching and messaging your matches
- Profile with community, faith and background details
- Profile verification
Is the Dil Mil dating app free?
Yes, the Dil Mil dating app is free for the basics. You can sign up, swipe within a daily like limit, match and message your matches without paying. There’s no free trial of VIP, and we found no official offer of free VIP days.
What the free version leaves out
The limits sit in three places. Your likes run out each day, while VIP makes them unlimited. You can’t see who already liked you, so you wait for them to turn up in your deck. And the filters that make Dil Mil useful, community, career and education, are VIP features. Free members still see those details on each profile; they just can’t sort by them.
How to get the most from the free version
- Complete every background, community and faith field so other people’s filters can find you.
- Spend your daily likes on profiles you’d really message, not on quick swipes.
- Use audio or video chat with a match before meeting. It’s the easiest way to check someone is genuine.
- After a couple of weeks, count your matches. If they’re coming in, you don’t need VIP. If your deck runs dry, a paid filter won’t create people who aren’t there.
