Step 1: Cancel your subscription
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Dil Mil → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Dil Mil → Cancel.
- Website: Dil Mil account settings → subscription / billing.
Step 2: Delete your Dil Mil account
- Cancel VIP or VIP Elite first in the App Store or Google Play.
- Open Dil Mil, go to your Account screen and tap the Settings icon at the top right.
- Look for the option to delete your account and confirm.
- Can’t find it? Use Help & Support at the bottom of Settings, or email [email protected].
Menu names can change after app updates. If you can’t find an option, check Dil Mil’s help center.
Cancel your Dil Mil subscription first
Before you delete your Dil Mil account, cancel VIP or VIP Elite. Deleting the account or uninstalling the app doesn’t stop a subscription, because Apple and Google bill it:
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Dil Mil → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Dil Mil → Cancel.
You keep your paid features until the current period ends.
Where to find the delete option
Dil Mil keeps its account settings under the Settings icon at the top right of your Account screen. Its help pages aren’t public, so we couldn’t confirm the exact menu names, and they can change between app versions. If you can’t find a delete option there, open Help & Support at the bottom of Settings to chat with Dil Mil’s team, or email [email protected] from the phone number or email linked to your account and ask them to delete it.
