How to Delete or Disable Your EliteSingles Account

Delete your EliteSingles profile for good in a few minutes — and make sure you’re not charged again.

Step 1: Cancel your subscription

  • iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → EliteSingles → Cancel.
  • Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → EliteSingles → Cancel.
  • Website: EliteSingles account settings → subscription / billing.

Step 2: Delete your EliteSingles account

  1. Cancel your subscription first (on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
  2. Sign in on the website and open Settings under your main photo, then My Account.
  3. Enter your password and click Click here to disable or delete your account.
  4. Stay logged out: signing in again within six months restores the account.

Menu names can change after app updates. If you can’t find an option, check EliteSingles’s help center.

Cancel your subscription before you delete

Before you use the EliteSingles delete account option, cancel any subscription. Deleting the account doesn’t stop billing.

  • iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → EliteSingles → Cancel Subscription. If you see an expiry message in red, it’s already cancelled.
  • Card or PayPal: these payments are processed by CCBill and show as CCBill.com *SuccessMatch. Cancel in your account or contact EliteSingles support, and keep the confirmation.

Disable or delete

The delete option sits under Settings (beneath your main photo) → My Account. You enter your password, then follow “Click here to disable or delete your account”. Once deleted, your profile disappears from the site. If you sign in again within six months, EliteSingles restores the account automatically. After six months your information is permanently deleted, apart from anything you posted in public community areas such as success stories.

If you only want a break, hide your profile instead, also from Settings. Hidden members can still receive messages but don’t show up in searches.

Old EliteSingles accounts

If you had an account before April 30, 2026, it was deleted when Spark Networks closed the old site. The relaunched EliteSingles uses a new member database, so there’s nothing to delete from that era on the current site. Any new account you created since the relaunch is separate.

EliteSingles customer service

Use the Contact Us page or the Feedback page on the website; changing your age, for example, needs an ID sent through Support. The FAQ lists no phone number, and EliteSingles says it never emails to ask for your password, so treat any such message as phishing.

Frequently asked questions

Does deleting EliteSingles cancel my subscription?

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription. Cancel App Store purchases in your Apple subscriptions; card and PayPal payments go through CCBill and show as *C*CBill.com *SuccessMatch.

Does uninstalling EliteSingles delete my account?

No. Removing the app from your phone leaves your profile active. You must delete the account in settings.

Can I pause EliteSingles instead of deleting?

Many dating sites let you hide or pause your profile. Check EliteSingles’s settings for a pause or hide option if you might come back.
