Step 1: Cancel your subscription
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Inner Circle → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Inner Circle → Cancel.
- Website: Inner Circle account settings → subscription / billing.
Step 2: Delete your Inner Circle account
- Cancel your Full membership first (in your account or app store).
- Open Settings.
- Go to Advanced settings.
- Choose Delete account and confirm. Uninstalling the app does not delete it.
Menu names can change after app updates. If you can’t find an option, check Inner Circle’s help centre.
Deleting Inner Circle
Deleting your account removes your profile and all your data. It is different from uninstalling: removing the app from your phone does not delete your account or your profile.
Cancel membership first
If you have a Full membership, cancel it before deleting — in your account, or in the App Store or Google Play if you subscribed there. Your paid time runs until the end of the current period.
Steps
- Open Inner Circle and go to Settings.
- Open Advanced settings.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
Still on the waiting list?
If you applied but never got in — or no longer want to — you can remove yourself by logging in on the website and cancelling your registration, or by deleting the account from settings.
Before you delete
- Save contact details for any matches you want to keep in touch with.
- If you bought tickets for upcoming events, check the event terms before deleting your account.
- Remember that if you reapply later, you may go through screening and the waiting list again.
A short break — turning off notifications and not opening the app — keeps your approved profile intact if you might return.
