Step 1: Cancel your subscription
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Inner Circle → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Inner Circle → Cancel.
- Website: Inner Circle account settings → subscription / billing.
Step 2: Delete your Inner Circle account
- Cancel your Full Membership first, in your account or app store.
- Open Settings.
- Go to Advanced settings.
- Choose Delete account and confirm. Removing the app doesn’t delete it.
Menu names can change after app updates. If you can’t find an option, check Inner Circle’s help center.
Cancel Full Membership first
Your subscription won’t stop by itself when you leave, so cancel it first (Inner Circle):
- Paid with Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Inner Circle, then manage or cancel it.
- Paid with Google Play: at play.google.com, go to My subscriptions → Inner Circle → Manage → Cancel subscription.
- Paid by PayPal or card: in your Inner Circle account, open Advanced settings and uncheck Renew subscription.
Your membership runs until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Then your payment details are removed.
What deleting does
Inner Circle says that when you delete your account, all of your data is destroyed. It can’t be reactivated, so you’d have to register again and be reviewed from scratch (Inner Circle).
Removing the app isn’t enough
If you only remove the app, your account and profile stay in place. Your location just stops updating. You can still log in on the website, and if you reinstall the app, you’ll pick up where you left off (Inner Circle).
Hide profile instead
Hide profile is for taking a break. While hidden, nobody can see you or contact you, and you can’t browse. A paid subscription keeps running unless you cancel it. When you’re ready, unhide your profile and carry on.
Invisible Mode is different: it’s a Full Membership feature that means you don’t show as online or nearby, while you keep using the app.

Does deleting Inner Circle cancel my subscription?
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account or cancel a membership. Cancel where you subscribed; access lasts until the end of the paid period.
Does uninstalling Inner Circle delete my account?
No. Removing the app from your phone leaves your profile active. You must delete the account in settings.
Can I pause Inner Circle instead of deleting?
