Step 1: Cancel your subscription
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Muddy Matches → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Muddy Matches → Cancel.
- Website: Muddy Matches account settings → subscription / billing.
Step 2: Delete your Muddy Matches account
- Turn off auto-renewal first: My Account → Manage My Subscription (up to 48 hours before renewal).
- Go to My Account.
- Choose Delete my account.
- Confirm. Deleted accounts cannot be reactivated.
Menu names can change after app updates. If you can’t find an option, check Muddy Matches’s help centre.
Deleting Muddy Matches
Deleting your account ends your membership: your profile disappears from the site and you can no longer log in. It cannot be reactivated once it has been flagged for deletion.
Cancel renewal first
Go to My Account → Manage My Subscription and turn off automatic renewal. You can do this any time up to 48 hours before the renewal date. You keep subscriber features until the paid term ends. If you bought through an app store, cancel there too.
Steps to delete
- Sign in and open My Account.
- Choose Delete my account.
- Confirm.
Rather take a break?
Rural life has seasons — lambing, harvest, show season. If you simply have no time for a few months, cancelling renewal and leaving your profile is usually better than deleting. You keep your profile and favourites and can subscribe again later.
