Tinder cost in the App Store

Tinder doesn’t publish one price list. What you pay depends on the plan length, the platform and where you live, and the price shown in your own app is the one that counts. The US App Store lists these top purchases (checked November 1, 2026):

Purchase Price in the US App Store
Tinder Plus $9.99
Tinder Gold $13.99 to $24.99
Boost, one $3.99 to $7.99
Super Likes, five $4.99

The App Store doesn’t say how long each plan runs, and it doesn’t list a Tinder Platinum price among its top purchases. Google Play shows items from $0.49 up to $299.99, so a long plan can cost far more than one month. Tinder also sells weekly plans.

What Tinder Plus, Gold and Platinum add

  • Tinder Plus: unlimited Likes and Rewinds, Passport, no ads, and the option to hide your profile.
  • Tinder Gold: everything in Plus, plus a list of who Likes you, weekly Super Likes and usually one Boost a month.
  • Tinder Platinum: everything in Gold, plus Prioritized Likes, so your Likes are seen faster (Tinder).

Free members can match and chat, but their daily Likes are limited. Tinder doesn’t publish the like limit.

Is it worth paying?

Stay free if you’re getting matches. If you keep running out of Likes, Plus fixes that for the least money. Gold is the plan most people want, because seeing who Likes you saves a lot of swiping. Platinum makes sense only if you’re in a crowded market and already on Gold. A Boost is a one-off: your profile sits near the top in your area for 30 minutes, so use it at a busy time.

Gift cards and paying

Tinder gift cards are sold in the US at tinder.com/giftcard and give one month of Tinder Gold. They don’t expire, but you can’t redeem one while a subscription is active. On tinder.com you can pay by card, PayPal, Google Pay or Venmo, depending on your location.

Refunds and renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Most in-app purchases are nonrefundable, and Apple and Google decide refunds for what you bought through them. For card or PayPal purchases on tinder.com made in the last 14 days, contact Tinder with your order number. Our guide to cancelling has the steps.
