How CatholicMatch charges
Joining, building a profile and browsing are free, and CatholicMatch made personalised messages free to read, so you can see what someone has written before deciding whether to pay. To reply, and to use the deeper tools, you need a subscription.
A subscription unlocks:
- sending messages;
- temperament profiling and the Match Portrait;
- advanced search;
- the CM+ library of courses, videos and articles.
Terms range from one month to a year, and the difference in monthly cost is large: the 12-month term works out to roughly a third of the one-month price per month. The whole term is charged upfront rather than month by month.
Choosing well
- Wait until a message arrives. Because personalised messages are free to read, you can let interest come to you before paying.
- Choose the term honestly. If you are ready to date seriously for a year, the long term is far better value; if you are testing the waters, one month costs more but commits less.

Renewals and refunds
