Step 1: Cancel your subscription
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → LDS Singles → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → LDS Singles → Cancel.
- Website: LDS Singles account settings → subscription / billing.
Step 2: Delete your LDS Singles account
- Turn off Premium renewal first.
- Go to Account Settings → Manage Account → Delete Account.
- Choose a reason and type delete.
- Confirm. The account can’t be restored.
Menu names can change after app updates. If you can’t find an option, check LDS Singles’s help center.
Stop Premium first
Deleting your account won’t end a subscription. Turn off renewal first (LDS Singles).
- Bought on the website: My Profile → Account Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription, then Cancel Subscription, choose a reason and confirm.
- Bought on an iPhone: cancel in your Apple account settings.
- Bought on Android: cancel in your Google Play account.
You don’t need the app installed to do this. Premium runs to the end of the period you paid for. There are no refunds, even for renewals.
After you delete
Deletion can’t be undone. Your profile, matches and chats are gone, and LDS Singles can’t bring them back, so you’d start with a new account next time. Taking the app off your phone doesn’t count, because that leaves your profile in place.
You can’t hide your profile
LDS Singles has no pause, hide or “invisible” setting, and you can’t appear offline either (LDS Singles). Your account is either live or deleted.
That matters in a close-knit community. If you’d rather people in your ward didn’t keep seeing your profile, deleting it is the only sure way. For a simple break, you can silence your notifications and stop signing in, but your profile will stay visible.
If you’re leaving on a mission or moving abroad
LDS Singles works only in the US, Canada, Australia and US territories. If you’re leaving those countries, cancel Premium before you go, because you may not be able to sign in from abroad.

Does deleting LDS Singles cancel my subscription?
Premium renews automatically, and deleting doesn’t stop it. Cancel first on the website, or through Apple or Google if you bought it there. Purchases are non-refundable.
Does uninstalling LDS Singles delete my account?
No. Removing the app from your phone leaves your profile active. You must delete the account in settings.
Can I pause LDS Singles instead of deleting?
