Delete vs pause
Deleting removes your profile, matches and messages permanently. If you might return, look for a pause or hide profile option instead.

Frequently asked questions
Does deleting Match cancel my subscription?
Cancel your subscription first; deleting your profile may not stop renewal automatically.
Does uninstalling Match delete my account?
No. Removing the app from your phone leaves your profile active. You must delete the account in settings.
Can I pause Match instead of deleting?
Many dating sites let you hide or pause your profile. Check Match’s settings for a pause or hide option if you might come back.
