Match cost in the App Store
Match doesn’t publish a price list. You see prices on its subscription page, and they can vary by location. The US App Store lists these top purchases (checked November 1, 2026):

The App Store doesn’t map these to Match’s current tiers, and Google Play lists items up to $299.99. Treat them as a guide to the range.
What Bronze, Silver, Platinum and Diamond add
Match sells plans for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months in these tiers, which may change by location (Match):
- Bronze: unlimited ratings on Discover, unlimited likes and unlimited rewinds.
- Silver: Bronze, plus see who likes you.
- Platinum: Silver, plus unlimited intros, unlimited Search, advanced filters, read receipts, a weekly Super Like and a monthly Boost.
- Diamond: Platinum, plus a dating intent filter, Anti-Ghosting, weekly automatic Boosts, three weekly Super Likes, Priority Likes and a list of who viewed you.
Add-ons cost extra, such as Private Mode, which lets only people you contact see you. Expert Picks, where a dating expert sends you a profile every three days, ends on December 1, 2026.
Which tier is worth it?
Free members can already chat with their matches, so start there. Silver is the lowest tier that shows you who liked you, which is what most people want. Platinum is the one to pick if you like to search and write first, because it’s what opens up Search and intros. Most people can skip Diamond.
How billing works
This is what catches people out. The subscription page shows a monthly rate, but you’re charged in full at the start. Match’s own example is a 6-month plan shown at $20 a month, which costs $120 at checkout (Match). If you want to pay monthly, choose the 1-month plan.
All plans renew automatically, and promotional prices apply only to the first period, so the renewal can cost more. You can’t pause a plan, and subscriptions are generally non-refundable. Turn off auto-renewal right after you buy if you want only one term. You can pay by card or PayPal, and there’s a Buy Now Pay Later option with four payments. How do I cancel my Match subscription?
If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel in your phone’s subscription settings. If you paid on the website, cancel in your Match account settings. Deleting doesn’t stop a subscription bought through Apple. Turn off auto-renewal in Manage Subscription or in the App Store first. Subscriptions are generally non-refundable.
