Step 1: Cancel your subscription
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Muzz → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Muzz → Cancel.
- Website: Muzz account settings → subscription / billing.
Step 2: Delete your Muzz account
- Open Muzz and go to your profile.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm.
Menu names can change after app updates. If you can’t find an option, check Muzz’s help centre.
Delete vs pause
Deleting removes your profile, matches and messages permanently. If you might return, look for a pause or hide profile option instead.
