Step 1: Cancel your subscription
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → OurTime → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → OurTime → Cancel.
- Website: OurTime account settings → subscription / billing.
Step 2: Delete your OurTime account
- Cancel your subscription first, under Manage Subscription.
- In the app, tap your profile, then the gear icon.
- Scroll to Manage Account and tap Delete Account.
- Tap Delete My Account, or hide your account if you might return.
Menu names can change after app updates. If you can’t find an option, check OurTime’s help center.
Cancel your subscription first
Before you delete your OurTime account, turn off renewal (OurTime).
- Computer: click Settings → Manage subscription, enter your password and click Cancel Subscription. Answer a few short questions, then Continue Cancellation.
- App or phone browser: profile → gear icon → Manage account → Manage Subscription, enter your password and tap Cancel Subscription.
- Subscribed through Apple: cancel in your iPhone Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
You’ll get a confirmation number and the last day of your subscription. You keep full benefits until then.
Paid time disappears if you delete
OurTime warns that if you remove your profile, your emails, photos, profile records and remaining paid time go immediately. So if you’ve paid for more time, cancel the renewal, use up the term, and delete afterwards.
Where you can delete
OurTime says you can delete your account in the iPhone or Android app. The steps above lead to a Hide profile or deactivate option after cancelling, if you’d rather do it on a computer.
Hide your profile instead
If you’ve met someone or want a rest, hide your profile. Go to profile → gear icon → Visibility → “No one can see you” and tap Got it. While hidden, you aren’t visible and can’t use the site’s features. Sign in again when you’re ready, and you’ll be asked if you want to unhide. OurTime has no way to suspend a subscription, and renewal continues while you’re hidden unless you turn it off.
OurTime customer service
Use the contact form in OurTime’s help center, and OurTime says someone will get back to you within 48 hours. It warns that customer support phone numbers on other websites are fake, and that it will never ask for your login details.

Does deleting OurTime cancel my subscription?
Paid time is lost when you remove your profile, and renewal continues if you only hide it. Turn off renewal under Manage Subscription, or in your phone settings if you subscribed through Apple.
Does uninstalling OurTime delete my account?
No. Removing the app from your phone leaves your profile active. You must delete the account in settings.
Can I pause OurTime instead of deleting?
