What Mutual Premium adds
Everything essential on Mutual is free, including messaging. Premium is optional and adds:
- See Who Likes Me — skip the guessing and see who has already swiped up on you;
- unlimited likes instead of a daily allowance;
- more filters;
- Ward Hop — browse profiles in another location without widening your whole search, useful before a move, a new semester or a visit home;
- Profile Boost to appear more often;
- Daily Notes — free members can send one Note a week, Premium members one a day.
Plans run from one week to six months. The six-month plan works out to about ten dollars a month; shorter plans cost more per month.
Is it worth it?
- Most people can stay free. Messaging is unlimited, which is the part that matters.
- See Who Likes Me is the best reason to pay if you are getting likes but not matches.
- Ward Hop is ideal before a move — for example, before starting at BYU or moving for work.
Cancelling
Premium renews automatically and is cancelled in the App Store or Google Play, like any other app subscription. Deleting the app, or even deleting your Mutual account, does not cancel it — Mutual's help centre is explicit about this.

How do I cancel my Mutual subscription?
If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel in your phone’s subscription settings. If you paid on the website, cancel in your Mutual account settings. Deleting your Mutual account — or the app — does not cancel Premium. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
