HER cost in the App Store
HER says its pricing varies by region, plan length and promotion, and that it often runs promotional rates. You’ll see your own price in the app, under Settings → Subscribe To HER Premium. The US App Store lists these top purchases (checked November 1, 2026):

The App Store doesn’t say how long each plan runs. Google Play lists items from $5.49 to $74.99, so a long plan will cost more.
What HER Premium adds
HER Premium comes in two tiers, Gold and Platinum, on both iPhone and Android. Together they offer (HER):
- See who liked you, so you can match with them straight away.
- Unlimited swipes, instead of the daily allowance.
- No third-party ads.
- Views, the full list of people who viewed your profile.
- Advanced filters, including what someone is looking for, verified profiles, gender identity, sexual identity, pronouns, relationship status, religion, politics and more.
- Incognito, which hides you from everyone except people you’ve liked.
Some features are exclusive to Platinum, and the app’s chart shows which tier includes what. Look at it before you choose.
Is HER Premium worth it?
Paying isn’t needed to meet people, since messaging is free. Gold is worth a try if you run out of swipes. Advanced filters are the most useful thing here: they matter on an app where people have many identities and want different things. If you’re not out to everyone, Incognito may be worth the money by itself. Start with a short plan, because HER’s pool varies a lot from city to city.
Upgrading, renewal and refunds
You can upgrade from Gold to Platinum at any time. You’re charged for a new Platinum plan, and the difference is refunded to your app store account within one to five days. Plans renew automatically until you cancel, at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you won’t be refunded for the days left. Apple and Google handle refund requests. How do I cancel my HER subscription?
If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel in your phone’s subscription settings. If you paid on the website, cancel in your HER account settings. Cancel any App Store or Google Play subscription separately. Removing the app or closing your account does not stop billing.
